本部分规定了温度/湿度组合循环试验设备在进行周期检定时的检定项目、检定用主要仪器及要求、检定条件、测量点数量及位置、检定步骤、数据处理及检定结果等内容。本部分适用于GB/T 2423.34-2005《电工电子产品基本环境试验规程 试验Z/AD:温度/湿度组合循环试验方法》所用试验设备的周期检定。温度/湿度组合循环试验在同一试验箱内进行时，应符合本部分的所有规定；温度/湿度组合循环试验在两个独立试验箱进行时，温热试验箱应符合本部分所有规定；低温试验箱应符合GB/T 5170.2-1996《电工电子产品环境试验设备基本参数检定方法 温度试验设备》的规定。本部分也适用于类似试验设备的周期检定。

Scope

1.1 This part specifies the verification items, main instruments and requirements for verification, verification conditions, number and location of measuring points, verification steps, data processing and verification results of the temperature/humidity combined cycle test equipment during periodic verification. 1.2 This part applies to the periodic verification of the test equipment used in GB/T 2423.34-2005 "Basic Environmental Test Regulations for Electrical and Electronic Products Test Z/AD: Temperature/Humidity Combined Cycle Test Method". When the temperature/humidity combined cycle test equipment is carried out in the same test box (hereinafter referred to as the one box method), all the provisions of this part are complied with; when the temperature/humidity combined cycle test equipment is carried out in two independent test boxes (hereinafter referred to as the two box method) ), the damp heat test chamber shall comply with all the provisions of this part; the low temperature test chamber shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5170.2-1996 "Basic Parameter Verification Method for Environmental Test Equipment for Electrical and Electronic Products Temperature Test Equipment". This section also applies to periodic verification of similar test equipment.
