本标准规定了测定纤维增强热固性塑料管短时失效压力试验的试验、试验条件及设备、试验步骤、计算、试验结果、试验报告。本标准适用于纤维增强热固性塑料管在连续增加内部水压条件下的短时失效压力试验，其他复合材料管也可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the specimens, test conditions and equipment, test procedures, calculations, test results and test reports for the short-time failure pressure test of fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic pipes. This standard applies to the short-term failure pressure test of fiber-reinforced thermosetting plastic pipes under the condition of continuously increasing internal water pressure. Other composite material pipes can also be used as a reference.
