《GB/T 5478-2008塑料 滚动磨损试验方法》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC4(全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准等同采用国际标准ISO 932:1995《塑料――磨轮法耐磨损的测定》。
本标准代替GB/T 5478-1985《塑料 滚动磨损试验方法》;
本标准规定了塑料滚动磨损试验的方法。
本标准适用于测定塑料板、片材试样滚动磨损性能。
本标准不适用于泡沫材料或涂料。
本标准与GB/T 5478-1985相比主要变化如下:
―――增加了“原理”一章;
―――修改了磨轮的定义;
―――增加了使用范围“不适用于泡沫材料或涂料”;
―――增加了磨轮选择表1;
―――将转动圆盘上端面跳动由“0.1mm 以下”改为“不超过0.05mm”;
―――转动圆盘中心线与磨轮中心线之间的距离由“20.0mm±0.2mm”改为“19.1mm±0.1mm”;
―――将转动圆盘轴中心线与磨轮外侧之间的距离由“39.5mm±0.2mm”改为“38.9mm±0.2mm”;
―――删除了磨轮安装轴的直径和磨轮安装臂长的规定;
―――增加了“转盘直径应为100mm”;
―――简化了“加荷砝码”负荷值的具体规定;
―――修改了转动圆盘与磨轮安装位置图;
―――将橡胶磨轮外径由“49.5mm-51mm”改为“51.6mm±0.02mm”;
―――将橡胶磨轮厚度由“13mm±0.2mm”改为“12.7mm±0.1mm”;
―――增加了磨轮橡胶层的规定应为“6mm厚的硬度在50IRHD 到55IRHD的硫化橡胶层”;
―――删除了磨轮质量指标的具体规定;
―――将试样的厚度规定由“0.5mm到5mm”改为“0.5mm 到10mm”;
―――将试样数规定由“每组试样不少于5个”改为“每组试样不少于3个”;
―――将状态调节时间由“24h”改为“48h”;
―――删除了试验步骤中关于修磨步骤的内容;
―――将试验步骤中“用感量为0.1mg的分析天平称取其质量”改为“测量原始数据”;
―――将试验步骤中吸入孔与试样之间的距离“约为3mm”改成“1.5mm±0.5mm”;
―――将试样步骤中“每组试样连续试验1000r”改为由不同情况规定试验转数;
―――增加了结果表示中试样性能变化和表面损坏时的结果表述;

Plastics - Test method for wear by rolling

1 Scope

This standard specifies a test method for wear of plastics by rolling.

It is equally applicable to moulded test specimens, components and finished products.

It is applicable to test of the wear of plastic sheet and sheet specimens by rolling

It is not applicable to foam materials or paints.

a small grinding wheel or a roller faced with abrasive paper.

abrasive wear
progressive loss of material from the operating surface of a plastic material resulting from the cutting or scratching action of the abrasive wheel
