《GB/T 5537-2008粮油检验 磷脂含量的测定》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC2（全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准的第一法参考了美国油脂化学协会AOCS Official Method Ca 12-55《磷》（英文版）。
本标准代替GB/T 5537-1985 《植物油脂检验　磷脂测定法》。
本标准规定了植物油脂中磷脂含量测定的术语和定义、原理、仪器和用具、试剂和溶液、操作步骤、结果计算和重复性。
本标准适用于植物原油、脱胶油及成品油。
本标准第一法为仲裁法。
本标准与GB/T 5537-1985的主要技术差异为：
―――标准名称由《植物油脂检验　磷脂测定法》改为《粮油检验　磷脂含量的测定》；
―――修改了标准储备液制备中磷酸二氢钾的称样量；
―――修改了比色皿的规格；
―――修改了空白调零时使用的试样；
―――修改了制备被测液时称样量；
―――修改了结果计算的方式。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and utensils, reagents and solutions, operating procedures, result calculation and repeatability for the determination of phospholipids in vegetable oils and fats. This standard applies to vegetable crude oil, degummed oil and refined oil. The first law of this standard is the arbitration law.
