《GB/T 5564-1994橡胶、塑料软管低温曲挠试验》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC1(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会软管分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了测定橡胶、塑料软管在低温下保持适宜曲挠性能的两种试验方法。方法A:低温刚性试验适用于内径25mm以下(包括25mm)的非折叠型软管,此法是测定在标准试验室温度下软管刚度的增量,以比较软管的曲挠性能。方法B:低温弯曲试验适用于内径100mm以下(包括100mm)的软管。


Scope

This standard specifies two test methods for determining the proper flexibility of rubber and plastic hoses at low temperatures. Method A: The low-temperature rigidity test is suitable for non-folding hoses with an inner diameter of 25mm or less (including 25mm). This method is to measure the increase in the stiffness of the hose at the standard laboratory temperature to compare the flexibility of the hose. Method B: The low-temperature bending test is suitable for hoses with an inner diameter of 100mm or less (including 100mm).
