———方法适用范围修改为锰铁、锰硅、氮化锰铁、金属锰和电解金属锰;
———金属锰称样量修改为“1.0000g”;
———统一采用聚四氟乙烯烧杯或铂金皿溶解(锰铁、锰硅、氮化锰铁)试样;
———统一了锰铁、锰硅合金、氮化锰铁试样分解的操作;
———对锰硅合金新增二次挥硅这一步骤;
———统一了锰铁、锰硅合金、氮化锰铁、金属锰和电解锰试样还原、显色、比色操作。


Scope

This part specifies the determination of phosphorus content in ferromanganese, silicon manganese alloy, ferromanganese nitride, metallic manganese and electrolytic manganese by molybdenum blue photometric method and alkali titration method. This part is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride and metallic manganese. The determination range (mass fraction): 0.003% to 0.650%. Method 1: molybdenum blue photometry, suitable for the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride, and manganese metal, the measurement range (mass fraction) is 0.001-0.60%; method 2: alkaline method, applicable to For the determination of ferromanganese alloy, the determination range (mass fraction) is 0.080% to 0.650%.
