《GB/T 5744-2008船用快关阀》由TC137（全国船用机械标准化技术委员会）归口，TC137SC3（全国船用机械标准化技术委员会管系附件分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了法兰连接尺寸按GB/T 569和GB/T 2501的船用快关阀的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装和贮存。 本标准适用于燃油及其他油类船舶管路系统用快关阀的设计、制造和验收。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５７４４―１９９３《船用快关阀》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ５７４４―１９９３相比，主要有下列变化：
―――修改了材料引用标准及材料牌号；
―――修改了标记方式；
―――修改了加工要求。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage of marine quick-closing valves (hereinafter referred to as quick-closing valves) whose flange connection dimensions are in accordance with GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of quick-closing valves used in fuel oil and other oil ship piping systems.
