Scope

blank detail specification is a supplementary document to a sectional specification, which includes requirements for the format, layout and minimum content of the detail specification. A detailed specification that does not comply with these requirements is considered to be a specification that does not meet the requirements of the electronic component quality assessment system. When formulating detailed specifications, the content of 1.4 in sub-specifications should be considered. The following corresponding content should be filled in the position of the number marked in the brackets on the first page: Identification of the detailed specification (1) The organization authorized to draft the detailed specification: IEC or the national standard organization. (2) The detailed specification number of the IEC or national standard, the date of publication and all content required by the national system. (3) General specification number and version number of IEC or national standard. (4) Blank detail specification number of IEC or national standard. Identification of Capacitors (5) A brief description of the type of capacitor. (6) A brief description of a typical organization (when applicable). (7) Outline drawings of main dimensions affecting interchangeability, and/or cited national or international outline technologies. Such graphics may also be given in the detail specification appendix. (8) Application or involved application group and/or assessment level. Note: One or several evaluation levels used in the detailed specification should be selected from 3.5.4 of the specification. This means that several assessment levels can share a blank detail specification as long as the division of test groups remains unchanged. (9) Reference data of important characteristics for comparison among various types of capacitors.
