《GB/T 6261-1998电子设备用固定电容器第5部分:分规范额定电压不超过3000伏的直流云母介质固定电容器试验方法的选择和一般要求》由TC165（全国电子设备用阻容元件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本标准适用于以云母片为介质、金属箔为电极或在云母片上沉积一层金属层为电极的额定电压不超过3000V的固定电容器。

Scope

This standard applies to fixed capacitors whose rated voltage does not exceed 3000V with mica sheet as the medium and metal foil as the electrode or a metal layer deposited on the mica sheet as the electrode. The following types of capacitors can increase the test item requirements: button mica capacitors; power mica capacitors; pulse mica capacitors; chip mica capacitors.
