《GB/T 6167-2007尘埃粒子计数器性能试验方法》由TC143(全国暖通空调及净化设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为住房和城乡建设部。
本标准规定了试验用标准粒子的发生装置原理以及尘埃计数器的性能试验方法。本标准适用于利用光散射原理,对采样空气中粒径为0.1um~10.0um悬浮微粒大小和粒子数量进行测量的尘埃计数器主要用于洁净室的洁净度检测和空气过滤器及滤材的性能检测。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the principle of standard particle generator for test and methods for testing the performance of airborne particle counter.
This standard is applicable to airborne particle counter for the measurement of size and quantity of airborne particle with particle size of 0.1~10.0μm in sampling air with light scattering principle. Such kind of airborne particle counter is mainly used for the cleanliness inspection of cleanroom and the performance inspection of air filter and filter material.
