《GB/T 6538-2010发动机油表观黏度的测定 冷启动模拟机法》由TC280(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会)归口,TC280SC1(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。


1 Scope

1.1 This Standard specifies the laboratory determination method of apparent viscosity of engine oils.
1.2 This Standard is applicable to engine oils at temperatures between −5 and −35°C, at shear stresses of approximately 50 000 to 100 000 Pa, shear rates of approximately 105 to 104s−1 and viscosities of approximately 500 to 25 000 mPa•s. The range of an instrument is dependent on the instrument model and software version installed. Procedures are provided for both manual and automated determination of the apparent viscosity of engine oils using the cold-cranking simulator (CCS) in this Standard.
1.3 A special procedure is provided in Annex A for highly viscoelastic oils.
1.4 The SI units are adopted in this Standard.
1.5 This Standard involves certain hazardous materials, operations and instruments, but it does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this Standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use
