《GB/T 6538-2022发动机油表观黏度的测定 冷启动模拟机法》由TC280(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会)归口,TC280SC1(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。

Introduction

Analysis of core changes in the standard revision

The 2022 new standard makes 8 structural adjustments compared to the 2010 version, among which the key changes include:

  • The lower limit of the measurement temperature is extended from -5℃ to -10℃
  • The number of calibration oils increased by 107% (13→27) to enhance the traceability of measurement values
  • New ultrasonic bath technical specifications (applicable to the treatment of oil samples with bubbles)

Comparison dimensions GB/T6538-2010 GB/T6538-2022
Calibration oil selection 1+3 for Group A/B 1+3+1 for Group A/B/C
Test accuracy comparison Single precision procedure Refrigeration method classification principle

Key instrument operation specifications

Cold start simulator (CCS)Configuration requirements

  • Speed sensor: ±0.05‰ dynamic accuracy
  • Constant temperature system: Ultra-fast response of -30℃ in 29 seconds (thermoelectric model)
  • Standard Luer interface micro adapter (supports 10mL sample test)

Calibration process optimization plan

Phase Cycle Key parameters
Current calibration Quarterly verification 0.240kr/min±0.001
Temperature correction Semi-annual TVP difference<0.06℃

Implementation and application guidance

  1. The laboratory should establish a special calibration oil reserve system with a reserve quantity ≥35
  2. Strictly control the impact of refrigeration selection differences: coolant unit and thermoelectric module data execution classification quality control
  3. For samples with excessive viscosity (>25000mPa·s), it is recommended to adopt the gradient temperature drop scheme in Appendix B
