《GB/T 6609.30-2009氧化铝化学分析方法和物理性能测定方法 第30部分:X射线荧光光谱法测定微量元素含量》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
GB/T6609的本部分规定了氧化铝中元素含量的测定方法。
本部分适用于采用X 射线荧光光谱法测定氧化铝中以下元素的含量:钠、硅、铁、钙、钾、钛、磷、钒、锌、镓(用氧化物表示为Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3、CaO 、K2O、TiO2、P2O5、V2O5、ZnO 和Ga2O3)。


Scope

This part of GB/T 6609 specifies the determination method of element content in alumina. This section applies to the determination of the following elements in alumina by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry: sodium, silicon, iron, calcium, potassium, titanium, phosphorus, vanadium, zinc, gallium.
