Scope

This standard stipulates the technical requirements, classification regulations, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging marks and transportation and storage of cotton sewing thread products. This standard is applicable to appraise the quality of cotton sewing thread packaged in the form of pagoda thread, paper core thread, thread ball and twisted thread.
