《GB/T 7377-1997力车轮胎系列》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC3（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会摩托车和自行车轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了力车轮胎的分类、规格标志、基本参数、主要尺寸和测量方法。本标准适用于自行车、人力三轮车和手推车充气轮胎。本标准不适用于管式赛车轮胎和非充气轮胎。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, specification marks, basic parameters, main dimensions and measurement methods of rickshaw tires. This standard applies to bicycles, human-powered tricycles and trolleys with discarded flat tires. This standard does not apply to tubular racing tires and non-pneumatic tires.
