《GB/T 7971-2007半导电电缆纸》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了半导电电缆纸的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于纸绝缘电力电缆屏蔽用的半导电电缆纸。 本标准自实施之日起，代替GB 7971-1987。
本标准与GB 7971-1987相比主要变化如下：
―――增加了1BLZ-170型单色半导电电缆纸的技术要求;
―――取消了B等品。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of semi-conductive cable paper. This standard applies to semi-conductive cable paper used for shielding of paper-insulated power cables.
