本标准的主要目的在于使用铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜厚度检验方法时，要确切地知道何谓“最小厚度”这一术语的定义。本标准规定了有关铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜厚度的术语和最小厚度的测量原则。

Scope

This standard specifies the terminology and the measurement principle of the minimum thickness of anodic oxide film of aluminum and aluminum alloy.
