本标准规定了采用爆炸法、爆炸轧制法和轧制法生产的不锈钢复合钢板和钢带的分类、尺寸、技术要求、验收规则、试验方法、包装、标志及质量证明书等。本标准适用于以不锈钢做复层、碳素钢和低合金钢做基层的厚度≥4mm的复合钢板和钢带。该复合钢板用于制造石油、化工、轻工、海水淡化、核工业的各类压力容器、贮罐等结构件。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, size, technical requirements, acceptance rules, test methods, packaging, marks and quality certificates of stainless steel clad steel sheets and strips produced by explosion method, explosive rolling method and rolling method. This standard applies to composite steel plates and steel strips with a thickness of ≥ 4 mm, with stainless steel as the cladding layer and carbon steel and low-alloy steel as the base layer. The composite steel plate is used to manufacture structural parts such as various pressure vessels and storage tanks in petroleum, chemical, light industry, seawater desalination and nuclear industries.
