本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ８５５９—１９８７《苹果冷藏技术》。本标准规定了鲜食苹果冷藏用果的入贮果质量要求和贮前准备、预冷、入库要求、贮期管理等内容。本标准适用于我国生产的各类苹果品种鲜果的冷藏。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ８５５９—１９８７相比主要变化如下：
———调整了原标准范围中品种；
———调整了原标准中的规范性引用文件；
———调整了原标准中入库苹果的质量要求、冷藏技术的内容；
———删除了检验规则和检验方法；
———更换了附录Ｂ。

Scope

This standard specifies the quality requirements for storage of fresh apples for refrigerated storage, preparation before storage, pre-cooling, storage requirements, storage period management, etc. This standard applies to the refrigeration of fresh fruits of various apple varieties produced in my country.
