《GB/T 8752-2006铝及铝合金阳极氧化 薄阳极氧化膜连续性检验方法 硫酸铜法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了用硫酸铜溶液检验铝及铝合金薄阳极氧化膜连续性的方法。本标准适用于铝及铝合金薄阳极氧化膜(厚度小于5μm)连续性的快速检验。当对阳极氧化膜表面的可见瑕疵存有疑问时,可用本方法来判断该瑕疵是否为局部裸露出基体金属的缺陷。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for testing the continuity of aluminum and aluminum alloy thin anodic oxide films with copper sulfate solution. This standard is applicable to the rapid inspection of the continuity of aluminum and aluminum alloy thin anodized film (thickness less than 5μm). When there is doubt about the visible flaws on the surface of the anodized film, this method can be used to judge whether the flaws are partially exposed defects of the base metal.
