《GB/T 8753.1-2005铝及铝合金阳极氧化 氧化膜封孔质量的评定方法 第1部分:无硝酸预浸的磷铬酸法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会
本部分规定了铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜在无硝酸预浸的磷-铬酸溶液中浸蚀后,按质量损失评定其封孔质量的方法。本部分适用于在大气中暴露,以装饰和保护为目的,具备抗污染能力,可抵御环境腐蚀的阳极氧化膜。本部分既适用于热封孔的阳极氧化膜,也适用于冷封孔的阳极氧化膜。本部分不适用于经下列工艺处理的阳极氧化膜:a) 通常不进行封孔处理的硬质阳极氧化膜;b) 在重铬酸盐溶液中封孔处理过的阳极氧化膜;c) 在铬酸溶液中生成的阳极氧化膜;d) 经疏水处理的阳极氧化膜。本方法属破坏性试验。


Scope

This part specifies the method for evaluating the sealing quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films after being etched in a phosphorous-chromic acid solution without nitric acid pre-soaking, according to the mass loss. This section applies to anodic oxide films exposed to the atmosphere for decorative and protective purposes, with anti-pollution capabilities, and resistant to environmental corrosion. This section applies to both heat-sealed anodized films and cold-sealed anodized films. This standard does not apply to anodized coatings treated by the following processes: a) hard anodized coatings that are not usually sealed; b) anodized coatings that have been sealed in a dichromate solution; Anodized film formed in chromic acid solution; d) Hydrophobic treated anodized film. This method is a destructive test.
