《GB/T 8753.1-2017铝及铝合金阳极氧化 氧化膜封孔质量的评定方法 第1部分:酸浸蚀失重法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。


Scope

This part of GB/T8753 specifies the method for evaluating the sealing quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxide films according to the mass loss after they are etched in acidic bay liquid. This part is applicable to the evaluation of the sealing quality of anodic oxidation barriers exposed to the atmosphere, for the purpose of decoration and protection, with anti-pollution ability and resistance to environmental corrosion. Among them, the acid flooding method without nitric acid pre-dipping is suitable for the evaluation of the sealing quality of the anodic oxide film for indoor use, and the acid etching method with nitric acid pre-dipping is suitable for the evaluation of the sealing quality of the anodic oxide film for outdoor use. When the test results are in dispute, the nitric acid pre-soaked phosphochromic acid method can be used as a referee test. This part does not apply to anodic oxide coatings treated by the following processes: a) hard anodic oxide coatings that are usually not subjected to sealing treatment; b) anodic oxidation coatings that have been treated in a dichromate solution; c) in chromic acid Anodized film formed in solution; d) Anodized film treated with water.
