本标准规定了电气和电子电路接点锡焊所用桦香基液态焊剂的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输及贮存。本标准主要适用于印制板组装及电气和电子电路接点锡焊用各类松香基液态焊剂。其他型焊剂的性能可参照本规范。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of rosin-based liquid fluxes used for soldering electrical and electronic circuit contacts. This standard is mainly applicable to various types of rosin-based liquid fluxes used for the assembly of printed boards and soldering of electrical and electronic circuit contacts. The performance of other types of flux can refer to this specification.
