Scope

This standard specifies the principles, instruments and test procedures for the determination of film base and film folding endurance (MIT folding endurance test method). This standard is mainly applicable to the determination of folding endurance of cellulose triacetate base or polyester base and photosensitive film (with or without backing layer, processed or unprocessed) based on these bases .
