本标准规定了棉花加工关键设备电气安全的基本要求及对引入电源线端接法和切断开关、电气设备的保护、控制电路和控制功能与棉花加工关键设备的要求。
本标准适用于标称电压不超过1000V（AC）或1500V（DC）、额定频率不超过200Hz的棉花加工关键设备的电气设备或电气设备部件、电子和可编程序电子设备及系统。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the electrical safety of key cotton processing equipment and the requirements for the introduction of power cord termination methods and cut-off switches, protection of electrical equipment, control circuits and control functions and key cotton processing equipment. This standard applies to electrical equipment or electrical equipment components, electronic and programmable electronic equipment and systems of key cotton processing equipment with a nominal voltage not exceeding 1000V (AC) or 1500V (DC) and a rated frequency not exceeding 200Hz.
