Core Technology Innovation

U-shaped layout solutionThe dynamic retraction and release of the temperature-sensing optical cable is achieved through mechanical guide rails. A typical case shows that a 42m×24m warehouse uses 805m of optical cable to achieve full coverage of 4 cotton stacks, solving the blind spot problem of traditional point-type temperature measurement.


Key points of implementation

  1. Optical cable splicing loss needs to be <0.05dB (YD 5121-2010)
  2. Bending radius ≥20 times of optical cable diameter
  3. Temperature difference alarm threshold setting should be dynamically adjusted (ambient temperature +5~15℃)
