Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for physical barriers in fixed locations where nuclear materials for military use are produced, used and stored. This standard applies to the holders of military nuclear material licenses within the territory of the People's Republic of China. These units shall use this standard as a basis for the design, construction, acceptance, use, and maintenance of physical barriers. The construction of physical barriers in other fixed places can also refer to this standard.
