Scope

This standard specifies the free fall test method for packaging pieces of aviation auxiliary machinery products (hereinafter referred to as packaging pieces). It is used to determine the capability of the packaging piece to withstand vertical impacts during circulation and the protective ability of the packaging for the inner contents, as well as to measure the breaking strength of the packaging box. This standard applies to packaging pieces with a weight of less than 100 kilograms. This standard was formulated by referring to international standard ISO2248-1972(E).
