Scope
This standard specifies the requirements and content for turbojet and turbofan engines to fly on a flying test bed (also called a flying laboratory). This standard applies to the adjustment test flight, special test flight and pre-research test flight of newly developed (including surveying and mapping imitation) and improved and modified turbojet and turbofan engines on the flight test bed.
