本标准规定了工作温度在-10℃~+60℃范围之间，最大工作压力为2.5MPa的三种型别通用纺织物增强热塑性塑料排水软管的要求。
本标准适用的软管可用于输送通过使用添加剂使水的冰点降低到-10℃的水。本标准不适用于下列软管：输送饮用水软管；洗衣机进水软管；消防软管；农业机械专业软管；消费市场的园艺软管。

Scope

Warning—Personnel using this standard should be familiar with regular laboratory operating procedures. This standard is not intended to address any safety issues related to its use. It is the user's responsibility to develop appropriate safety and health systems and ensure compliance with national regulations. This standard specifies the requirements for three types of general-purpose textile-reinforced thermoplastic drainage hoses with operating temperatures between -10°C and +60°C and a maximum working pressure of 2.5 MPa. These hoses can be used to transport water whose freezing point is lowered to -10°C through the use of additives. This standard does not apply to the following hoses:

　——Fire-fighting hoses;
　——Specialized hoses for agricultural machinery;
　——Gardening hoses for the consumer market.
