Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of rectangular block hole graphite heat exchangers. This standard applies to rectangular block-hole graphite heat exchangers (hereinafter referred to as heat exchangers) made of phenolic resin-impregnated impermeable graphite, with a heat exchange area less than 75 m and a design pressure less than 0.3 MPa.
