Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking, storage and transportation of diazonium salt films for printed circuit boards. This standard applies to printed circuit board diazonium salt films made by coating a photosensitive coating containing diazonium salt on a polyester film base.
