本标准规定了环境信息元数据标准框架，对对象类、特性、分类方案、值域、数据元概念、数据元、数据集规范、术语、指标、数据集、质量声明共11个管理项的元数据进行了规范。
本标准适用于环境信息元数据标准的管理、环境信息资源目录建设、国家最小数据集的开发、数据元字典的编制以及环境信息元数据注册系统的设计与开发。

Scope

This standard specifies the environmental information metadata standard framework, which includes 11 management items including object classes, characteristics, classification schemes, value ranges, data element concepts, data elements, data set specifications, terminology, indicators, data sets, and quality statements. Data were normalized.
