本标准规定了清洁生产的一般要求。本标准将清洁生产指标分为四类，即资源能源利用指标、污染物产生指标（末端处理前）、废物回收利用指标和环境管理要求。
本标准适用于彩色显象管和彩色显示器的总装配生产（不包括玻壳、荧光粉及其他零部件的生产）；适用于彩色显象（示）管生产企业的清洁生产审核和清洁生产潜力与机会的判断，
以及清洁生产绩效评定和清洁生产绩效公告制度。

Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for cleaner production. This standard divides cleaner production indicators into four categories, namely resource and energy utilization indicators, pollutant generation indicators (before terminal treatment), waste recycling indicators and environmental management requirements. This standard applies to the general assembly production of color picture tubes and color displays (excluding the production of glass bulbs, phosphors and other parts); it applies to the clean production audit and clean production potential of color picture (display) tube manufacturers. and opportunity judgment, as well as cleaner production performance evaluation and cleaner production performance announcement system.
