JB/T 10177-2000 本标准规定了箱式热内食用干燥机的结构型式，基本参数，技术要求，试验方法，检验规则及包装、运输、贮存等要求。 本标准适用于生物质燃料或煤炭为燃料的箱式热风食用菌干燥机。液化石油气、煤气、燃料油为燃料及电为热能的箱式热风食用菌干燥机亦可参照使用。 本标准所指箱式热风食用菌干燥机是包括干燥机本体、燃烧炉、热交换器、轴流风机和进排气管路在内的成套机组。 本标准为首次发布。

Scope

This standard specifies the structural type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements of box-type hot air food dryers. This standard applies to box-type hot air mushroom dryers powered by biomass fuel or coal. Box-type hot-air mushroom dryers using liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, and fuel oil as fuel and electricity as heat energy can also be used as a reference. The box-type hot air fungus dryer referred to in this standard is a complete unit including the dryer body, combustion furnace, heat exchanger, axial flow fan and inlet and exhaust pipelines. This standard is published for the first time.
