Detailed explanation of key technical parameters

Hysteresis calculation: The standard stipulates that the hysteresis BH=Bop-Brp, and the typical value must be controlled within the product technical specification. An application case of a certain automobile production line shows that when the hysteresis is set to 5-10mT, false operation can be effectively avoided.

Life test: Requires ≥1 million switching cycles, the test device needs to be equipped with a magnetic steel circumferential array (6.9 clause), and the speed accuracy affects the test result by ±2%.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Factory inspection should focus on monitoring appearance, size and Bop/Brp parameters (AQL=1.0)
  2. Type inspection should include all 19 tests. The sampling plan with RQL=15 is recommended to increase the sample size
  3. Pay attention to humidity ≤80% during packaging, storage and transportation. It is recommended to use an anti-static bag + desiccant combination
