Scope

This standard specifies the accuracy level of the limit deviation of the untoleranced dimensions of stamping shear blanking and the marking method of shear blanking tolerance. This standard is applicable to gantry-type and open-type shearing machines, which can cut metal plates or blanks for stamping with a shearing thickness of less than 12 mm, a shearing width of ≥90 mm, and a shearing length-to-width ratio of ≤5.
