本标准规定了三相交流稳频稳压电源机组及系统的基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装等。
本标准适用于电动机拖动的同步发电机组及其稳频稳压装置的整套系统。电源系统作为小型三相交流电机及其他电器试验用的低波动率、宽调节范围的电源设备，也可作为符合本标准技术指标的其他用电器的电源设备，或作为变频电源设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, etc. of three-phase AC stabilized frequency and voltage stabilized power supply units and systems. This standard applies to the entire system of motor-driven synchronous generator sets and their frequency and voltage stabilization devices (hereinafter referred to as the system). The power supply system is used as a power supply device with low fluctuation rate and wide adjustment range for testing of small three-phase AC motors and other electrical appliances. It can also be used as a power supply device for other electrical appliances that meet the technical specifications of this standard, or as a variable frequency power supply device.
