JB/T 9711-2001 本标准是对JB/T 9711-1999《单级向心涡轮液力变矩器 通用技术条件》的修订。修订后的标准在技术内容上有改变。 本标准规定了单级向心涡轮液力变矩器的技术要求，试验方法，检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。 本标准适用于工程机械、起重运输、林业集材和矿山油田等机械的单级向心涡轮液力变矩器。 本标准于1989年3月以ZB J19 016-89首次发布，于1999年标准号调整为JB/T 9711-1999，本次是第一次修订。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of single-stage radial turbine torque converters. This standard applies to single-stage radial turbine torque converters for construction machinery, hoisting and transportation, forestry logging, mining and oil fields and other machinery.
