Article 1.1.1 Subject content and application scope
I. This specification specifies the installation requirements and test run requirements for the mechanical equipment and metering equipment of the cement plant.
II. This specification is applicable to the mechanical equipment installation works of various newly-built, expanded and renovated cement plants.
Article 1.1.2 General requirements
I. The mechanical equipment installation works of the cement plant shall be implemented according to this specification.
II. For the mechanism and equipment uncovered in this specification or with special requirements, their installation, construction and acceptance shall be implemented according to the national current "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" or according to the relevant requirements of the accompanying documents.
III. During the construction, the construction personnel, if any unreasonable design and inconformity to the reality, shall propose to the relevant department timely, and may not conduct any construction according to the modified design until upon determination through study, and the installation organization shall not modify the design.
IV. The mechanical equipment, large spare parts and important materials adopted by equipment installation works must meet the design requirements and the product standard, and be provided with a product certificate. If there is no product certificate or there is any doubt on the quality, an inspection or test shall be carried out, and they shall not be used until meeting the requirements.
V. During the construction, the requirements of this specification shall be complied with; in addition, the relevant provisions for safety technology, labor protection, fire prevention, etc. of building installation engineering issued by the nation shall also be complied with.
VI. Before the construction of mechanical equipment installation works, an adequate preparation shall be made for the temporary buildings, transport road, water source, power supply, construction site, safety measures, main machines and tools, materials, labors, etc., and a reasonable arrangement shall be made, to ensure smooth construction.
VII. If there are requirements for constant temperature, shock resistance, dust prevention, moisture resistance, frost protection, etc. during the equipment installation procedure, the construction of this procedure may not be carried out on the installation site until the corresponding measures has been provided or taken.
VIII. Where the building is used as the load-carrying point of lifting and handling equipment, the allowable structure load capacity must be met.
IX. During the equipment installation construction, the general procedures in general equipment installation and main equipment installation shall be subjected to self-inspection seriously, and self-inspection records shall be made well. The main procedures of the main equipment shall be subjected to the joint inspection participated in jointly by construction organization and development organization seriously on the basis of qualified self-inspection, and the joint inspection records after the confirmation of both parties shall be made well. The inspection records of each procedure shall be complete and accurate and used as the completion and acceptance data.
