本标准适用于设备基础二次灌浆、柱脚底板、地脚螺栓锚固、混凝土结构加固、修补、钢筋套筒连接等使用的水泥基灌浆材料。

2. Compressive strength development curve

Take A85 grade material as an example: 1d strength ≥35MPa reflects the early strength characteristics, 28d strength ≥85MPa meets the high strength requirements, and the 3h vertical expansion rate is relaxed to 0.02%-3.5% to adapt to rapid construction.


Engineering application suggestions

  1. Selection and matching principles: Class I + A60 combination is preferred for anchor bolts, and Class II + A70 is recommended for concrete structure reinforcement
  2. Construction control points: Class IV materials must use a forced mixer, and the mixing time is strictly controlled according to the manufacturer's requirements
  3. Quality acceptance key: The difference between the vertical expansion rate of 24h and 3h (0.02%-0.50%) is the core indicator for preventing shrinkage cracking

Analysis of the impact of standard implementation

After the implementation of the new standard, rebar connection sleeve grouting material needs to pass the steel corrosion test in Appendix A/B, which puts higher requirements on the preservative formula. Beijing New Vision and other participating units have developed special composite expansion agents to solve the problem of controlling the 3h expansion rate of A85 grade materials.
