Interpretation of the core content of the standard
As an industry standard approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Announcement No. 1302, this specification makes systematic provisions for technical inspections of 12 major categories of mechanical equipment at construction sites, among which parallel operation of diesel generator sets (Article 4.1.5) is a mandatory provision.
