本规程适用于参比频率为50Hz或60Hz单相、三相电子式（静止式）交流电能表的首次检定、后续检定。
本规程不适用于机电式（感应系）交流电能表、标准电能表、数字电能表（被测电压、电流为数字量的电能表）的检定及电能表的现场检验。

Scope

This procedure is applicable to the first calibration and subsequent calibration of single-phase and three-phase electronic (stationary) AC energy meters (referred to as electronic energy meters or electric energy meters) with a reference frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. For electronic energy meters with other functions, the same calibration items shall be subject to this procedure. This procedure does not apply to the calibration of electromechanical (induction system) AC energy meters, standard energy meters, digital energy meters (energy meters whose measured voltage and current are digital quantities) and on-site inspection of energy meters.
