本标准规定了在长江干线航行的运输船舶的操纵性衡准的指标形式和数值、衡准值取值准则、试验方法及数值取定。
本标准适用于在长江干线(宜宾至吴淞口)航行的运输船舶(高速船除外)。

Scope

This standard stipulates the index form and numerical value of the maneuverability criteria of transport ships sailing on the Yangtze River trunk line, criteria value selection criteria, test methods and numerical determination. This standard applies to transport ships (except high-speed ships) sailing on the Yangtze River trunk line (Yibin to Wusongkou).
