Analysis of core technical requirements
1. Station architecture
Chapter 4 of the standard stipulates that a station consists of a reference station, a transmitter and a integrity monitoring station. The key indicators include:
- Equipment redundancy: dual-machine hot backup design is recommended
- Coverage: 300km radius at sea (signal field strength ≥75μV/m)
- Time and frequency reference: Beijing time, coordinate system is CGCS2000
2. Message Protocol
Chapter 5 specifies 11 types of message formats, including Beidou-related message characteristics:

Implementation Suggestions
1. Station Construction
- Give priority to integer frequencies of 285-325kHz (such as 301.5/307.5kHz)
- Transmission characteristics must meet the following requirements: MSK modulation, 200bps rate, phase noise <-80dBc/Hz
- Integer monitoring stations should be deployed independently, with an alarm time of ≤2s
2. User Terminals
The principles for selecting stations according to Appendix B:
- Give priority to stations with a distance of ≤300km and the strongest signal
- Switch stations when HDOP≥2.3
- Pseudorange corrections must be reinitialized if they exceed 30 seconds
