Key technical requirements
1. Cascade architecture design
Adopting the ministry-province linkage model, the provincial platform needs to report in real time:
- Asset data (computing/network equipment configuration)
- Performance indicators (CPU/traffic threshold)
- Alarm information (fault code/disposal status)
The data exchange frequency is set at the real-time/daily/weekly/quarterly level, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry-Provincial Linkage Interface Specification.
2. Cloud deployment specifications
The platform must support:
