Scope
This standard sets out requirements for appropriate markings to indicate the functions of rigid piping components in aircraft and spacecraft systems and marking graphics for fluids within the pipes, but does not include piping components on aeroengines that are directly connected to the fuselage system. This standard may also be applied to flexible piping components when required. This sign graphic provides the necessary minimum identification mark for routine maintenance work. Note: The signs used based on the graphics of this sign shall not affect the chemical or mechanical properties of the pipeline.
