With the rapid development of general aviation in my country, the demand for standardization of low-altitude flight service support system has become increasingly prominent. As the industry's first systematic technical specification, MH/T 4055.1-2022 has established a three-level architecture system of national information management system, regional information processing system and flight service station system, providing a unified technical benchmark for the construction of a national low-altitude flight service network.

Key Technical Requirements

6.2 Equipment Configuration Specifications

  • Load control: CPU load ≤40% at system peak
  • Network architecture: National/regional systems require dual network redundancy
  • Power supply guarantee: UPS can support at least 30 minutes of full load operation

6.3 Interface Standards

Class A flight service stations must be equipped with ADS-B and Beidou dual monitoring interfaces, and support a LAN transmission rate of 1000Mbps to meet real-time flight monitoring requirements.
