本标准规定了煤矿用斜井人车（以下简称人车）的规格型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标准、包装和运输。
本标准适用于煤矿、金属和非金属等矿山用运行速度不超过5m/s的抱轨式和插爪式人车。

Scope

This standard specifies the specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation of inclined shaft man-cars for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as man-cars). This standard is applicable to rail-holding and claw-type manned vehicles used in coal mines, metal and non-metal mines, etc., with a running speed not exceeding 5m/s. The rail-holding man-car is suitable for wooden sleepers, cement sleepers and integral track beds, with inclined shafts (lanes) with inclination angles of 10° to 40°. It is not suitable for return air inclined shafts (lanes) where there is a risk of coal dust and combustible gas explosion. The claw-type man-carriage is suitable for wooden sleepers and inclined shafts (lanes) with an inclination angle of 10° to 30°.
