Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic dimensions, model preparation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging and storage of cable cleats for coal shearers (hereinafter referred to as "cable cleats"). This standard applies to cable cleats made of polymeric plastics and carbon steel plates that constitute the towing device of the drum shearer to tow and protect the power supply cable and water inlet pipe.
